Responsible Gaming at xc77
Entertainment should never become a burden — xc77 always ensures you can play with enjoyment, within limits, and with full awareness.
Our Commitment
xc77 believes that online gaming is fundamentally a form of entertainment — much like spending an evening with family or watching your favorite sport. But that enjoyment only has value when it stays within a conscious plan. We want every one of our players to stay protected, avoid financial harm, and be able to find support when needed.
On this page you will learn how to use xc77's various tools to keep yourself protected — from setting deposit limits to temporary or permanent self-exclusion. You will also learn when to stop and where to seek help.
Please remember — xc77 is only for people aged 21 and above. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited, and we take a firm stance on age verification.
Age Requirement
The xc77 platform is for people aged 21 and above only.
Protection of Minors
To open an account at xc77, you must be 21 years of age or older. Age is verified at the time of account registration. Operating an account on behalf of a minor or using a minor's device to do so is strictly prohibited.
If there are minors in your household, keep your device and account details secure. The use of parental control software is recommended.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Set a Budget
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing. Only spend money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Never bet with money meant for rent, food, or family expenses.
Time Management
Set a time limit for gaming and stick to it. Playing for long stretches at a time increases stress and reduces your ability to make good decisions. Take regular breaks.
Gaming Is Never a Source of Income
Online gaming is for entertainment, not a guaranteed way to earn money. Be mentally prepared for both wins and losses. Repeatedly trying to recover lost money is a dangerous pattern.
Account Security
Never share your xc77 account password with anyone else. Do not let anyone else play through your account — this matters both for your security and for responsible gaming.
Set Clear Goals
Before you start betting, set a target for winnings and a limit for losses. Stop when you reach that limit — even if you feel your luck might turn. A disciplined mindset is what keeps gaming enjoyable over the long term.
Talk to Those Close to You
If gaming is starting to affect your relationships or daily life, have an open conversation with family or friends. Asking for support is a sign of courage.
Recognize the Warning Signs
All gaming addiction begins quietly. If you notice several of the signs below in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help.
- You keep coming back to recover lost money and are placing larger and larger bets.
- You are trying to stop gaming but cannot — you feel restless or irritable when you do.
- You are betting with money meant for household expenses, rent, or essential costs.
- You are hiding your gaming habits from family or friends.
- Gaming is harming your work, studies, or important relationships.
- You feel mental discomfort or emptiness when you are not gaming.
- You are taking loans or selling belongings to fund gaming.
If even one of the signs above applies to you, contact the xc77 support team right away or activate self-exclusion yourself. This is not a weakness — it is a courageous step.
Protection Tools
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once a limit is set, lowering it takes effect immediately, but a cooling-off period applies when raising it.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During the time-out, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. This option can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. While self-exclusion is active, our system will automatically stop sending you marketing messages.
Reality Check Reminder
Activate a notification at set intervals (for example, every 30 or 60 minutes) that reminds you how much time and money you have spent. This helps you stay aware.
Transaction History
You can view all your deposits, withdrawals, and betting history at any time. Review your transaction history regularly to understand your spending patterns.
Cooling-Off Period
To raise a deposit limit or cancel a self-exclusion, you must wait through a cooling-off period. This delay protects you from decisions made in an emotional moment.
How to Self-Exclude
Log in to your account
Log in to your personal account at xc77 and go to the "Account Settings" menu.
Open the Responsible Gaming Section
Find the "Responsible Gaming" section in Settings. All protection tools are available there in one place.
Choose the Self-Exclusion Option
Select the time period that suits your needs — 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Confirm the option.
Notify the Support Team
Once self-exclusion is activated, our support team will send you a confirmation message. For any issues, contact us directly via live chat.
Your balance will remain secure during self-exclusion and you can withdraw it once the period ends. Active bonuses may be cancelled — read the Terms & Conditions for details.
