Section 1 Introduction & Acceptance

All information provided when registering at xc77 must be completely true and accurate. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• A national identity card or passport may be required for identity verification (KYC).

Section 4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds at xc77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your account immediately; if there is a delay, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from xc77 is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5).
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• xc77 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Section 5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not added.

• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after claiming the bonus.
• Some games may not count toward meeting wagering requirements — contact support for details.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when using bonus funds — offer-specific terms apply.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• xc77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage or claiming through multiple accounts), the bonus will be voided.
• xc77's decisions regarding promotional offers are final.

Section 6 VIP Program

xc77's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. xc77's decisions regarding VIP benefits are final. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback — contact support for details.

Section 7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

xc77 is committed to ensuring a fair and level environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, scripts, or any automated system.
• Bonus arbitrage or intentionally exploiting weaknesses in the system.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.
• Attempting to damage the platform's technology or systems.

In the event of any of the above violations, xc77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and forfeit any associated funds. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

Section 8 Gaming Services & Limitation of Liability

xc77 offers various types of gaming services, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and more. These services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

• xc77 is not liable for service interruptions due to temporary maintenance, technical issues, or any other reason.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are operated impartially.
